Mariano Morichini shares his vision behind the pack:
In April 1988, I created a series of tests to understand how different films behaved using different filters and different color temperatures. I fully documented everything, so today I am able to replicate exactly the same scenarios and compare the results of what was actually happening with film in 1988 to what today’s software outputs.
This pack includes 6 LUTs for achieving a B&W conversion that perfectly conforms to the behavior of panchromatic film, both on its own and with the five most used filters of its time: yellow, orange, red, green, and blue.
You will find 6 other LUTs that emulate the look of black and white TV, including with the same 5 color filters.
I have also included 12 Presets for Lightroom that will help you achieve the same results in Lightroom.
